Managing Your Account

1. Opening An Account

Opening an Account is easy. Simply click on 'Log In' or on the ‘My Account’ link at the top of the website and follow the instructions in the 'Create Account' or 'New Customer' section. Alternatively, when you place an order you will be prompted to ‘Log in’ with your email address and password. An account offers you a safe, easy and fast way to order. It also serves as a way to track and receive emails about your order.

Set up your ‘My Account’ and customize your preferences. Improve your shopping experience by taking full advantage of these benefits:

3. Updating your account

It's easy to change your account information online, at any time. Simply 'Log In' or click on the My Account link at the top of the website to access to your account.


4. Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, visit the My Account section, click on 'Forgot Your Password?' and simply follow the 'Password Reset' instructions. You will receive an email with a new temporary password.
