How to change a product

Currently we do not provide an exchange service. you can place a new order to get the item you wanted and, in the meantime, send back to us the product you are not satisfied about.


Returns

You can return any item purchased within 14 working days and remember that you can return only from the country in which your order was shipped to. If your order has been sent to a country outside of the European Union, the taxes and customs duties cannot be reimbursed by us: try to contact your Customs Office directly to see if they can help you to retrieve these costs.
